Having served as a pastor, church planter, and discipler for over five decades, I’ve been privileged to journey alongside remarkable pastors from across the world. Witnessing their integrity and unwavering passion amidst diverse challenges has been a profound experience. My heart beats for God’s church and those dedicating their lives to advancing His Kingdom.

Through these years of service, I’ve felt the weight of weariness, the weightiness of overwhelming tasks, the shadows of discouragement, the echoes of fear, and the whispers of quitting. I’m familiar with the demands that pastoral ministry places not only on pastors but also on their families. Nevertheless, I’ve tasted the immeasurable joy that accompanies serving God’s people and witnessing them embrace the transformative Gospel truth.

There’s nothing quite like discipling someone, watching them grow in faith, and releasing them to continue building God’s Kingdom. It’s akin to the birthing process—a mixture of pain and exhilaration. Soon, the memories of labor fade, replaced by the joy of welcoming new life into the family and nurturing their growth into maturity.
